Language of the Abstract and Presentation
- All abstracts must be submitted in English. If needed, please have your abstract reviewed by a native English speaker.
- The conference language will be "easy English" to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
Methods of Submission
- All abstracts must be submitted online via the official submission form:Submit Your Abstract
- Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.
- For urgent changes after submission, please contact the Abstract Coordinator at:
- Confirmation emails will be sent immediately upon submission. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact the Abstract Coordinator.
- No corrections to the abstract text, authors, or affiliations will be permitted after acceptance.
- Late submissions will not be accepted
Special Instructions for Late Breaking Studies
- Submission Deadline:August 31, 2025
- Please indicate "Late Breaking Studies" during submission for proper categorization.
Abstract Content and Format
- Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 500 words (excluding references).
- Abstracts should be text only — diagrams, tables, and graphics are not allowed.
- Follow the conference submission template:
- Title: Concise, clear, and capitalizing only the first word. (Max: 20 words)
- Authors and Affiliations: Full given names and family names; do not include degrees or titles.
- Structure:
- Background & Objectives
- Methods
- Results (if available)
- Conclusion & Implications
- Standard abbreviations are allowed.
- Uncommon abbreviations should be spelled out at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Product names, company names, or identifiable information are not allowed in the abstract.
- Double-check spelling and grammar — the responsibility for accuracy lies with the author.
Conference Topics
All topics relevant to implementation science and all disease and health service areas are welcome. Abstracts that align with one or more of the following themes are particularly welcome. Please select a specific theme and use the “others” category only when no other themes are appropriate.

- Implementation determinants in the Asian and LMIC context
- Novel applications of implementation theories, models, and frameworks
- Use of innovative implementation strategies and their evaluation
- Adapting Implementation strategies for the Asian and LMIC context
- Other innovations in dissemination science
- Scaling up and spread of evidence-based interventions
- New approaches to long-term continuity and sustainment
- Approaches for community engagement and co-production in implementation science
- Addressing health disparities through implementation science
- Evaluation methodology in implementation science
- Strategies for dissemination and implementation of health policies
- Building implementation science capacity and infrastructure in Asia and LMICs
- Other themes (only if no other themes can be selected).
Presentation Formats
- Oral Presentations (thematic sessions)

- Workshops and Symposia (for group submissions)
Programme Scheduling
- Accepted submissions will be grouped into thematic sessions.
- Presenters must be available for the full duration of the conference.
- Requests to change presentation times will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

- Abstract Submission Deadline: July 15, 2022
- Late Breaking Studies Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: September 15, 2025, for all submissions
