Call for Organized Sessions

Conference Overview
  We invite proposals for Organized Sessions to foster dynamic discussions on cutting-edge topics in implementation science in health. Sessions may include presentations, panel discussions, case studies, or interactive workshops. In-person participation is encouraged, and hybrid sessions can be considered to facilitate online participation if necessary.

• Practice, Research, Policy and Scaling in Implementation

Content

  Sessions should be educational and informative, addressing both foundational and advanced topics in implementation science. We encourage proposals that highlight practical applications, innovative methodologies, and lessons learned from real-world implementation efforts.

Delivery

  The session can be organized as in-person or hybrid. Presenters are encouraged to design sessions that promote active audience engagement, such as interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, or collaborative problem-solving activities. All sessions are limited to 60-75 minutes, including time for questions and discussions.

 Submission Requirements (one page max in PDF): 

• Title: Clear and concise (max 20 words).
• Objectives and relevance to implementation science
• Organizer (chairperson): name and affiliation
• Presenters (4-10) : List all the presenters with their titles of presentations affiliations. List also panelists, if any, with their affiliation. Be sure to indicate whether the participants will attend in-person or online.
• Synopsis:
  • Summary of session themes and topics
  • Key questions/issues for learning and discussion

Selection Criteria

• Alignment with conference themes and objectives.
• Clarity of implementation questions/issues addressed.
• Potential contribution to post-conference application of knowledge.
• Ability to engage delegates in interactive learning.
