To promote international research and practice exchanges in Implementation Science and to strengthen regional cooperation in this field across Asia, 2025 Asian Conference on Implementation Science (ACIS), 2025 Global Implementation Society Asian Hub Conference, 2025 Global Health South Forum: Implementation Science Sub-Forum, 2025 Pearl River Implementation Science International Symposium (PRISIS) are scheduled to take place from November 11-13, 2025, in Guangzhou, China. To ensure the academic quality and professionalism of the conference, we cordially invite experts and scholars with relevant academic backgrounds and practical experience to join the Peer Review Committee and contribute to the success of the event.
This conference aims to bring together scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders from Asia and around the world to explore cutting-edge theories, research findings, and practical applications in implementation science. The theme of the conference is Advancing Asian Implementation Science: Bridging Research and Health for Five Billion People. The conference will address the following key topics:
Ø Implementation challenges and their impact on health in Asia and LMIC countries
Ø Implementation determinants in the Asian and LMIC context
Ø Novel applications of implementation theories, models, and frameworks
Ø Use of innovative implementation strategies and their evaluation
Ø Adapting Implementation strategies for the Asian and LMIC context
Ø Other innovations in dissemination science
Ø Scaling up and spread of evidence-based interventions
Ø New approaches to long-term continuity and sustainment
Ø Approaches for community engagement and co-production in implementation science
Ø Addressing health disparities through implementation science
Ø Evaluation methodology in implementation science
Ø Strategies for dissemination and implementation of health policies
Ø Building implementation science capacity and infrastructure in Asia and LMICs
Ø Collaborate on Scoring Criteria Development
Work with the organizing committee to establish fair and transparent evaluation criteria for academic abstract submissions.
Ø Conduct Impartial Reviews
Review and evaluate submitted academic abstracts fairly and objectively.
Ø Provide Academic Guidance
Offer academic advice and recommendations for refining the conference agenda.
Ø Optimize Themes and Plan Workshops
Contribute to the enhancement of academic themes and the planning of thematic workshops and panel discussions.
Ø Maintain Confidentiality
Safeguard the confidentiality of all materials reviewed and ensure that discussions remain unbiased and confidential.
Ø Foster Collaboration
Promote dialogue and collaboration between academia and practitioners to bridge research and practice effectively.
The conference aims to recruit a total of 90 experts. We warmly invite scholars who meet the following criteria to join the Peer Review Committee:
Ø Academic Background:
Hold a PhD (including current doctoral candidates) or higher degree in implementation science or related fields, with a strong academic foundation.
Demonstrated achievements in academic research, such as publishing influential papers or authoring notable works.
Exceptionally qualified candidates with outstanding contributions may be considered even if they do not meet the formal educational requirements.
Ø Research Ability:
Proven capability to conduct independent academic research.
Experience in publishing high-quality papers in nationally or internationally recognized journals.
Track record of leading or playing a significant role in impactful research projects.
Ø Academic Ethics:
Adherence to academic integrity and ethical guidelines, with no history of misconduct.
Commitment to rigorous, honest, and responsible research practices.
Ø Collaborative Spirit:
Willingness and ability to engage in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural collaboration.
Ø Language Proficiency:
Excellent command of English for academic and professional communication.

The deadline for applications is July 15, 2025.
All application materials will be reviewed thoroughly. Selection results will be announced within two weeks after the application deadline via email. Successful applicants will be informed of their subsequent responsibilities and arrangements.
